Ecanovo Financiamiento Colaborativo S.A.S., with Tax ID (RUC) 1793215486001 and domicile at Av. República de El Salvador N35-82, Twin Towers Building, 7th Floor, Suite 705, Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website ecanovo.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect full name, email address, ID card or RUC number, phone number, financial information for source-of-funds verification and technical data from your device when you browse ecanovo.com.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data to manage the sign-up and identity verification, execute loan agreements, comply with tax and anti-money laundering obligations, send you marketing communications if you have given your consent and improve the platform.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on the Ecuadorian Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and on your express consent. For contractual and legal obligations we apply the corresponding legal bases set forth in the LOPDP.
5. Retention
